Calling issue

Hey guys,
So Asus is just shit.I have the indian version and had calling issues when i bought it.Sadly one of my biggest regret of my life i didnt return it i thought it was a minor network issue,i couldnt make calls with airtel sim and the jio sim didnt support the phone .I went to service center ant they said after wating 1 week that there will be a patch fixing the issue and it worked,for. 1 month the airtel sim could easily make call but suddenly on its own when i went out to roaming area where there is better network coverage the same problem started.Today i updated the new fota and hoped it would fix the issue ,sadly it didnt ,I guess all the mods have given up as well and this company is just shit i dont wanna run to service center every next fucken month ,Please dont buy this phone

Does this happen only with the ROG device ? Do you have other device ? Did you face the same issue with other devices ?

Calling issue

Totally disagree with the rant , i sympathize with your problem but calling Asus names isn't gonna solve anything , i have 3 phones with me lenovo , ROG 2 and OP7T and i can tell you even when there is bad reception area i still get really good reception with good call clarity on ROG and OP.
I agree there might be certain issue with your handset but please try a different service centre or write a mail to asus or even talk to them on twitter before you do name calling.

Help with what? you posted one big rant about how much you dislike Asus. Btw the mods usually don't work in the weekends.

Maybe try a factory reset? Don't know what else to tell you.

Sorry big brain guy,didnt think of factory resetting why don't you join their customer care office.I have done factory reset at least 5 times and why shouldn't i rant if the company brings back the same issue after solving, I have Samsung s9 plus and i get excellent receipts in that device and have never faced the same issue after it has been fixed.Which device have you ever used that brings back the same issue?Isnt it JUSFTIED for me to get mad after spending so much money and time i cant make a single call? In last update the screen started acting glitchy and now the wifi and mobile data are being disabled again.The phone in all means is a perfect one but the company is screwing things up,just because i love something doesnt mean i am gonna be blind ,hell maybe i got blind and didnt return the phone.

maybe one of the mods can reduce your frustration a little , @Kris_ASUS @Anders_ASUS @CH_ASUS @LP_ASUS . can you one you guys help him ?
