Bottom charger not working unless it's only 2W charge cable

Hello, I have a problem with my bottom charger where it does not want to charge any faster than 2W (a really cheap cable). I've been using the side ports for a couple of months now but I would like to use the bottom port again. Is there any way to debug this?

Correction, the charging cable only work if it's a USB-A to USB-C, but only works at 2W
