I'm having an issue with Bluetooth headphones. I have a pair of buds and a Bluetooth headphone. I was using the zoom app and my mic and speakers just weren't working. I couldn't hear or speak anything. Same with discord. I tried airpods too. These headsets work with other phones. Please try and see to this problem.
Go to the settings of your BT device and make sure you have 'Phone calls' and 'Media audio' turned on. You can also try resetting by going to: Settings -> System -> Reset options -> Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
