You can keep the health app installed but dont let it run by using Power Master - Auto start manager. This way you wont lose the data on the app.
Hotspot or tethering would definately drain the battery and your device would slightly heat up too.

Dont listen to asus fanboys specially those whose name starts with "r". Normally hotspot drain battery like hell but i too realise that my phone is also draining my battery like hell after only 1 year of usage and keeping the battery between 20-80%. Before it was taking 5%/h when playing videos on youtube and now its double! 10%/h over the course of 1 year is horrible. I want to ask that, will i get a free battery replacement if i face this kind of degradation @mods

This is all because of Android 10 you just try once Android 9 then see the difference

You have hotspot on and this would naturally drain battery.

Sundhed app looks to be draining your battery with 9 hours. If you dont run the two on your next charge cycle, we can see if there is any improvement from there.
