BATTERY STATUS *UNKNOWN*

Hi there, I've just noticing this,the battery status shows UNKNOWN only. is it normal? Battery performed very very well without problems btw.


12gb ram 512rom global version here.

hmmm I had that before on my ROG Phone 1 and it is a weird problem, it started working after a while.
you can try to factory reset your phone and see if it helps ?
I don't think it is something to really worry about.

Already transferred too many data from my previous phone...hard for me to factory reset them.
Is there Any other solution beside this?any guide from the moderators?

funny thing is now mine is also showing unknown and I am not sure why haha ?
It used to show how many hours left before the battery goes flat.

Well... very sad it seems that there's no support & explaination nor guidance from the moderators..
