Battery Drain | Any suggestions to improve battery

Today I woke up to this.

Always on and Aura RGB were off. I have reset my phone also last week. Half an hour of YouTube and half an hour of Chrome should not lead to this kind of battery loss 😔. 5 hrs of phone idle while I was asleep.
Those who are getting good battery life, please suggest how can I improve battery life.
This feels like 3000 Mah not 6000.

I see that Ambient Display is pretty high up

Did you

　1. Turn on features, like "Lift to check phone"、"Use Gesture to open App"、"Double tap to Suspend/Resume"..etc

　2. Turn on New Notification??

These features are nice to have but it does consume a considerable amount of power since the phone is always listening to the sensors required to do these things.

Your using screen at 120HZ and ambient display ! Both drain the battery heavily! Use it at 90HZ you'll definitely get a better battery performance , use 120HZ when required.

They're asking you to turn off "Lift to check phone", "new notifications" and "always on panel" , you can find them in "Display" settings. Basically they want you to turn everything off. Might as well buy the old nokia 3310 from eBay at this point.
