Audio wizard not working for Amazon music please help

I have set up my bass custom profile in audio profile but its not working it's just playing normal profile for Amazon music

This is unfortunately not a bug in itself - it is related to how Amazon has designed their music app which is out of our control. AudioWizard effects do not work with low-latency audio output mode - and Amazon switches at will between using Low latency or Deep Buffer playing modes, and it can be different modes between different songs, and users, and time.

@CH_ASUS It's strange cause Amazon app used to support my bass profile untill you guys rolled out your WW-17.0230.2004.60 software update,but after I updated to may WW-17.0230.2004.60 security patch ,it is no longer supporting audio wizard.is there any reason behind this?
When I use a third party equalizer from playstore and play a song in Amazon music then go to audio wizard,then set my bass profile and boom my profile is working in audio wizard even when I turn off the thirdparty equalizer app
