hello i have a problem with video recording i tried to erase google data and camera data but it still doesn't work so i deleted the whole phone the problem was fixed for a while but then it appeared again i don't know how to fix it i don't have a tencent version from china

Do you have Bluetooth headphones connected? If so, this is a known issue that will be fixed in an upcoming FOTA.
