Only one side of the RGB on the earbuds is on. They used to work but now they just stopped working. I bought these in November 2020 and only used them a few times. I updated the software about a week ago and it stopped lighting up on the left side. Please help me solve this issue.

@_Hikaru_ Is it the same for both ports? If possible, see if it's the same with another mobile or a PC.

@Gustav_ASUS   When I plug the earbuds into any USB type-c port, it only lights up one side of the earbuds. I am not too sure what is wrong with it. The sound works fine, just the RGB is not functioning correctly
