Andriod 10 Update ( System Update Failed )

Hi,
Trying to update to Andriod 10 and i keep getting System Update Failed all the time.
My current version is WW_16.0631.1910.44_0

He has WW installed. So that shouldn't be an issue?

It might still be a Tencent ROG Phone II, see the thread I linked above for more information.

@yoski1971@gmail.com what you can try to do is download the latest A9 firmware: https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/ZenFone/ZS660KL/UL-ASUS_I001_1-ASUS-16.0631.1910.64-1.1.253-user....
If that update is successful you can then try to update to the latest A10 firmware, which is WW-17.0230.2002.32 at the time of me writing this.
