Air trigger problem

When I'm using air trigger, i found out that even when i press the screen or back side near the air trigger, it gets triggered. DowsDoes anyone face the same problem ( sensitivity is set to around 1 to 3. Please help me because if I'm only having this problem, i can replace it. Thank you

Try removing the case and press the air trigger. It actually worked for me

The air trigger is working for me, but having the back of the phone also triggering the air triggers is really annoying. Did you managed to get your phone repaired?

No. I don't think it as hardware issue because it partially disappeared with the latest update

Hopefully they push an update soon. I've contacted support and was told to factory reset the phone. It didn't work.

Other than that the phone is awesome so far.

Same issue. Please let me know guys if this is really a hardware issue. Already gave my phone to the service centre but they couldn't fix it either.

Hi All,
For people facing an issue with trigger working even when you touch the back of the phone.
I've found out a lame but working solution for now. I recently ordered and applied a skin for my phone.
Turns out, the trigger does not fire now when i touch the back of my phone (now with the skin). So look for some material and place it at the back of your phone (a piece of thick paper) and try if the trigger works then. If not, Voila! ? Just buy a skin or a small paper cutout.
I know this is not a permanent solution, but a temporary fix until the team
comes up with a solution.
