Scheduled Charging not working

Hello.  I have a new ROG 9 and set up the scheduled charging to allow very slow overnight charging.  It is not functioning.  Even with that feature enabled and set for a 8 hour schedule, the phone will charge from 40% to 80% (set limit) in about 20min.  Anyone else having this issue?

Hello.

The issue occurs with the original charger and cable. 

Restarting the phone makes no difference.

Phone is running latest software.

Disabling /reenabling scheduled charging makes no difference.

Booting in safe mode makes no difference.

I assume, given the above, it is a software issue.
