Rog Phone 9 Pro keeps rebooting

My Brand new Rog Phone 9 Pro keeps rebooting. It's not hot and many times its when I'm not usind the phone. 

Is this a error in the Android 15 that needs to be fixed or is it the phone that has a fault in the hardware so I need to send it in again?

Sadly it kept happening after 4 factory resets Asus support told me to sent it in. It also started to stop charning at a random procent and sometimes it also showed that it was wireless charging while in my hand

So i´m withput my phone for the next 4 to 8 weeks
