The issue seems to be the wifi 7 router/access point. The screenshot just happened to be at the wrong time where my electricity was cut off. It's the cudy router giving me the issues. I sadly can't test it with another wifi 7 router but this is what I've found.
Connecting from a distance of 10-20 meters is possible but will give me a message telling me that I'm connected but without internet.
Moving closer to the router I still have the same issue so I have to reconnect to the wifi network and then it works again.
So I have kind of fixed my issue using dualband and setting it to an access point so that I can still access my other devices their IPs.
I really don't think it's my phone at this point but more a bad connection/ cudy router problem, except for maybe the reauthorization when I do happen to get closer?
I honestly forgot that I made this post as well, and I do feel a little guilty about it since most problems were the electricity cutoffs.
