Rog 8 pro background mode not working

i have been using background mode with macro to sell players on fc mobile. it was working fine for some time. and then it stopped. after it stopped, when i try to turn on background mode or macro in background mode, it's not turning on. but when i run macro in foreground, it works. i have to restart the device to fix it. but again after some time, it stops working. Asus pls check why this is happening. anyone have any idea?

That's odd, you could try clearing the cache of Game Genie.
To do this, the easiest way is to go to settings and type in the search bar for "Game Genie" Select it and then tap on "Storage & cache" > "Clear cache"

I have tried that. But it's not working. Can you find me a working solution where I don't have to restart my device?
