No mobile data on rog phone 8

About a week ago I lost mobile data on my rog phone 8 im able to get it back for a few minutes when switching the Sim to slot 2 but quickly goes away! I have tried everything besides a factory reset. Anyone else have a similar issue?

I haved an issue with the mobile data, but I resolved by changing the settings of the APN according to my carrier, If you haven't try by changing the APN's configuration you should give it a try

I have tried that but every time I try to save the new apn it just dissapears

There are network and settings reset options that will spare your app data.

I actually figured it out! I switched to a aluminum case a few days ago and finally switched it out with a silicone case no more data issues I feel pretty dumb lol
