RCS support is more Carrier related maybe. It works fine for me.

Actually my network fully supports RCS messaging, it's only with this ROG 8 that I can't activate. 🤷🏾

Tried every suggestion from Google reps but to no avail. My last option is to factory reset my phone. 

The culprit I think is the pending verification status of my mobile number (see attached screenshot) and that's from Google's end.

For now i noticed the temps are slightly cooler for me. The battery is still questionable need to use it more then a week so it can re learn its usage. The new cooler support is added in Amoury crate. Android patch update but google play system is still on 1 October 2024 (maybe google haven't released it yet for Android 14). 

The front camera cutout menu has been moved to Display settings. So maybe when we get android 15 (beta) some features from the ROG 9 series get ported to the 8 series but yea overall its minor update.
