network speed error display always 0

just reporting after updating to the new system it got bug in network speed its always display 0 

my system is 34.1420.1420.387

If I turn on the refresh rate icon the network speed will work.

It is, but i dont want to turn on the refresh rate.

I just need the speed network.

Maybe it will be fixed in the next update
