Navigation bar does not hide when playing in games

I'm trying to find inside the available threads how to troubleshoot but apparently was not able to find one. Hope you can help on this. It is somewhat annoying that the navigation toolbar is overlaying on games and apps at some point. When restarting, its getting fixed but it's coming back again.
