How to remove demo mode?

I bought the rog phone 8 pro a week ago, but I just found out it a demo model. How can I make it normal? I really like the phone to refound it and I don't know even if I can (I think the seller did something to the phone cause I had no issues so far). Thank you on advance

Demo mode is available on "Developer Options", maybe you can try to disable it from there

It's disabled, I tried to turn it on and off but it didn't do anything

If you received a Demo phone from your reseller then please reach out to your them to exchange it.

i tried to return it but he didnt want to, there isnt a way to install the oficial frimware? i contacted the support but i didnt received an answer yet (when i registred the phone it had warranty until 01/2026)
