Game genie problems

I was playing, everything was Ok, i close the game, after some time open it again and the Game Genie is not opening. I try reopening the game and it's still doesn't show up. Try another game, no result. Deleting cache and storage of Armoury Crate doesn't help. Any thoughts?

I have the same problem too, it must be ASUS that fixes the problem since it is on various rog phones. I have the 7 and it does not work, cleared the cache, cleared the storage data, restarted the phone and it still does not work. Always the same problem. Why does no asus rog phone staff respond?

Hello @Ene_89, as mentioned by @Koudmaker in the 2nd page of this thread, you must "CLEAR THE CACHE (though I cleared the storage data as well) OF THE GAME GENIE APP ITSELF, NOT THE ARMOURY CRATE APP". If you can't locate the Game Genie app info, you may install App Inspector from the Play Store and from there you can execute the instruction.
