Game genie problems

I was playing, everything was Ok, i close the game, after some time open it again and the Game Genie is not opening. I try reopening the game and it's still doesn't show up. Try another game, no result. Deleting cache and storage of Armoury Crate doesn't help. Any thoughts?

Same here! I was playing CODM then out of sudden I can't use my air triggers. Trying to pull up game genie in-game but nothing popped out. Went to Armory Crate and check game genie is unavailable. Already hard restart few times but still no luck. I think most of ROG phone users are facing this issues right now. Hope Asus can take action ASAP!

Force stop game genie

Clear data not cache 

Turn of for 5 hrs

Then you can open game genie

Same problem, suddenly game Genie is not working, I've done restart also yah catch clear data but still nothing.
