The same on zenfone10, i almost cannot hear person im talking to via upper speaker (receiver) on phone call on 100% volume!
I have this trashfone 10 just a few months, not even half a year. I switched phone because i had to, not wanted to. I could barely do anything on android 4.4.4, i used previous phone entire decade, 10 years!
Zenfone10 has some outrageous audio issues on android 15. Few weeks ago on 100% volume i could put my phone on table and talk like i was on loud speaker, not just the ear upper speaker receiver. Now on 100% volume i can barely talk via phone, only at home in perfect silence and squeezing down the phone into my ear which hurts!
My observations and opinion, not a fact:
Android 15 brought on board some audio creator wizard and splitted the audio. I believe this has something to do with audio issue because i never saw this in sound options before on android 14.
Whats most ridiculous, is that i hear better the caller from bottom speaker... What's the point? The audio is splitting and going into bottom speaker instead of all on upper receiver speaker. My jaw doesnt have to hear my caller, BUT MY EAR DOES!
THIS IS OBVIOUSLY DIGITAL ERROR. Phone call is like literal nr 1 mandatory purpose of any phone and I cant even do that!
I dont want to be rude, but this should be fixed like asap via some update. I dont want to lose my faith in asus forever, im days away from losing all my patiance and sanity. Such a disappointment. I really love the zenfone10. I really love the design.
But now all I want is my money back which is not possible or fix, i just want to be able to talk via phone and hear my caller, like wtf, its like having tv without screen, the primal function of a telephone!! Not some mumbo jumbo hiper advanced rocket science nishe function, i dont want to steer a drone on the moon with zenfone 10, i want to hear person Im talking to via phone!
