Go to this link - https://rog.asus.com/phones/rog-phone-7/helpdesk_bios/download this file - 'ROG Phone 7/7 Pro/7 Ultimate (AI2205) Software Image: WW-33.0820.0810.208 for WW/EU/RU/IN/TW/JP SKUs'then put this zip file in the root internal storage.Your phone will pop up a message saying a new update has been detected.Boom update and enjoy.
