My ROG Phone 7 restart 2 times when I click the restart button.

Does this happen every time? and which Firmware version are you on? You can find this but going to Settings -> System -> About phone -> Build number

Yes,it happen every time.and my build number is WW_33.0820.0810.121

Hi there

Let me tell you why your phone restarts

I also have tencent version with global pre-installed, every time update came i also download complete 5 gb package and put in internal storage ( known as root folder) and restart.

Now le me tell you why your phone restarts

The main reasons its try to restart again after you boot it, its because it fails to update '' Google play system update " so it reverts back to older version by restarting. Please refer to screenshot

 

For proof try to update" Google play system update" manually it will download and install and ask you to restart when you will restart it will find some error i dont know whether you unlock screen or not, but surely it will restart again to revert back to older" Google play system update".

And i dont care about this issue if any body find fix, please let us know.
