Need New Software Update v.34.1010.0820.60

Hi everyone, can you help me please, i have asus rog phone 7, my phone can't get new software update via system update, bacause if i press download now on the system update always say "System update failed, your devices is reverted to its original configuration" is there a software update i can download v34.1010.0820.60 for manual update ? Unfortunately, I updated to Android 14

Is there a way to go back to Android 13?

It would be possible if Asus gave us the chance to do it but they don't. A14 ruined these phones and made crap out of them. My other phone with 6GB of RAM memory and a Snapdragon 695 processor currently runs Call of Duty Mobile more cleanly than this one, even though it costs a little over 100 euros and this one costs well over 1000 euros. This should be a gaming phone, but now we can't even play on it.

What should we do now? How to update to version v34.1010.0820.60 when the update does not come for us?

I dont know. I updated it and the phone is still full of bugs, apps don't work properly and performance is gone. Asus doesn't respond to our requests for help either.
