I am keeping getting massage that the phone curppted and can't be trusted

There is no way back

1. Inofficial you can lock bootloader but no warranty it can brick the device

2. When inofficial you lock it the device , the blacklisted OTA info cant deleted

This is why unlocker need internet connection,for black listing.

What @Anonymous mentions is correct, a rooted device can't go back to unrooted after unlocking, which is also why they do not update automatically.

For rog 7 you need money

There unlock via telegram

without Asus Server and without Asus black list

And i know there can relock too
