I have sent many messages to the customer service of my country Finland. The answer is always the same:

"Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, we cannot give instructions at this stage because we have not yet been informed by our head office"

I will never buy anything from Asus again. Rog Phones are good phones, but the technical support is completely crap, if there is any at all.
