Gamr genie stop working

Hello, for this issue please clear the cache and storage of your Game Genie, you can do that by going to Settings > Advanced settings > Game Genie.

System will ask you for permissions again, but then everything should be fine.

Hi thx for your response. The problem is, I can't even get it to open! It keeps crashing... Help...

Ok finally got it to work. Had to catch when the pop up says to close app, then from there yes you can delete the data. Had to reassign all my air buttons but at least worked. Thanks!

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Check Network Connection:  

   Ensure your device is connected to the internet.  

2. Access Settings:  

   Open your device's settings and navigate to "Apps & Notifications."  

3. View All Apps:  

   Under the "Recently opened apps" section, select "See all apps."  

4. Show System Processes:  

   Tap the menu icon in the top-right corner and enable "Show system"  

5. Locate Game Genie:  

   Find and select "Game Genie" from the app list.  

6. Clear Storage:  

   Go to "Storage & Cache" and tap "Clear storage."  

7. Advanced Feature Settings:  

   Return to Settings and navigate to "Advanced" > "Game Genie." Ensure that notification permissions are enabled.  

8. Restart Your Device:  

   After completing the steps above, restart your device.  

9. Verify the Fix:  

   Once restarted, go to Settings > Advanced Features > Game Genie. Tap "Manage Game List" to ensure the game list is displayed correctly.
