Game Genie on ROG 7 is still not Responding

Hai guys,

my game genie is not responding since yesterday and I already tried clearing the game genie storage and follow the instruction (https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1054274/), but still, the error always occurred. Is there anything that I could do to fix this issue?
