Ethernet doesn't work

I connected my ethernet cable to a usb c adapter but it doesn't provide internet. It works on all other phones I have tested but not my ROG 7. Does it not work for anyone or is there a setting I'm missing?

Hello, are you using Android 13 or 14? Because i haven’t used any setting and my rog 7 with Android 13 works

Just to be confirmed make sure you are using side type c port not the bottom one.
