There have been two rounds of phones losing all storage. The first one was that the encryption key was lost if there's a work profile. The second one is a corrupted Google app that can only be removed with ADB (because the storage loss breaks Play Store).
Google's new power saving algorithms are completely broken and cause apps to hang and stutter constantly. Open up you junk closet and power up a 10 year old cellphone. Let all the apps update and try it out. That old phone runs smoother than a new phone with Android 14.
