ROG Phone 6D Blocked on Android 12 with this update: 31.0840.0840.42 and impossible to change it.

I guess I know what the problem is. A while ago we had an issue we couldn't update the phone os with any update available from Asus website. I got stuck on android 13, but I sent to the service and they've changed the mainboard. After that someone came up with the solution. It seems that the system can only install the first next update so they must be installed in order. Check this:

Here you can find the release dates. And your version 31.0840.0840.42 is from 25.10.2022. You have to download and install the updates one by one those that come after that version.
