Hey, I have a rog phone 6D ultimate global version, latest firmware available, not rooted.
I have an issue since I got updated to android 14. As an old ROG phone user I have all accessories what asus ever made for ROG phone. Now I'm using asus professional dock with asus mouse and since I have android 14 there is some problem with the mouse sensivity. On the lowes dpi (what I've used always) the mouse not reacting on the smaller moves. I have to pull hard to get it move. I have to raise dpi almost to the max to get moves on the screen with minimal mouse movement. It's just ruined all the games I've played with mouse. Tested on different games like COD: mobile and pubg mobile. It's just useless. This issue exists all the time right after I plug the phone into the professional dock. The mouse connected via USB straight to the dock. Dock is powered properly with the phone original asus adapter/charger + cable. I don't know how I could make a video to show how it looks but I hope my explanation was clear.
I have used this "setup" with android 13 but there wasn't any issue like this. The only issue was that the phone had to stay in portrait otherwise if I put landscape the screen was rotated but the mouse was working further as portrait mode. But I could keep the phone just standing so this issue haven't bothered me so much. So my point is that the phone was working good with mouse and keyboard with android 13.
Thanks in advance!

Hello @Zsolt
For the R&D team to look into this we might need a log for them to look at.
The best way is to start the log tool and then recreate the issue for some minutes, I will be writing the steps down below.
***************
Please follow the below steps to enable the built-in log tool (Bug reporter).
1. Open “Calculator APP”
2. Enter “.19595+=”
3. Select the Log type according to the type of issue you want to capture. “General cases” will work for most issues.
4. After your selection the log tool will exit so you can duplicate the issue or wait for it to happen. Try to use the screen recorder to show your issue when possible. If you can't screen record your issue, then please take a screenshot right after the issue has occurred (as a timestamp) so we know where to look in the log.
5. Navigate back to the log tool via calculator and Tap "FINISH AND SHARE".
6. It takes several minutes for the log to generate. You can exit and do other stuff in the meantime. A silent notification will tell you once the process is done. Tap the notification and then the share button to upload the file to Google Drive and share the link with a moderator. Just make sure to change the permission first so that everyone with the link has permission to view it.
Note: When you're no longer planning on logging your device, enter “.09595+=” in the calculator and the log tool will stop as well as deleting all stored log files. Make sure to share via calculator. The files found in internal storage -> asus_log are not the correct files (they are only 1.2kb)

Sorry I forgot to ask, which brand of mouse are you using?
And is it wireless with dongle or wired?

Hey Mattias,
First of all thank you for your fast reaction,
I'm using Logitech G502 Hero wired version USB plugged directly into the pro dock. I tryed 2 different mouse also, all 3 had the same issue.

I'll try to make this log later. And I'll DM the link to you.
Thank you.
