ROG 6D phone keeps bugging out while using

My ROG 6D will randomly freeze/bugs out while using certain social media apps while im watching videos, their just normal tiktok and instagram videos but for some it keeps bugging it and i have to refresh the video for it to work, is there anyway to resolve this?
