Camera app animation bug and general instability of animations

For some reason, the camera opening animation is limited to 60 fps, in contrast to the smooth 120 fps for other applications. (See video) Why is this happening? Also, the animations when minimizing the application by gesture are stuttering and this occurs constantly, which is also visible in the recording.

I would guess it is because the camera itself is limited to 60Hz which produces a switch in framerate when you open the app.

Yes, but on many Android devices from other manufacturers, the opening animation is 120 frames. Maybe the developers will fix this in the future?
