Suddenly full bass/crackling overpowered/ hitting volume up bass dissapears only left instruments

Saw a advertise movie in chrome webbrowser, bass was suddenly at full volume and cracking (sound setting on dynamic, maybe at 30% volume)
Lowering sound didn't help, changing sound profile to , dynamic, movie,game.. didn't help.
Hitting volume to the max, bass dissapeared completly, and had only full treble, hearing every instrument harder/ prioriteitsing.
Its like the soundchip is trying to detect when to give its nice bass sound, it will boost it up to 100% (even on low volume) and when raising the volume at max, the soundchip thinks to balance everything by lowering the bass, the bass is removed, and only full details of instruments,sounds etc goes in full detail on foreground

I tried it on 2 different Rog6 phones and both had extreme popping like he is describing.

Yeah, tested it myself even and did not experience the issue, but I hope R&D can recreate it.

It's actually quite easy to reproduce:
Go to youtube, spotify or whatever and put the song "Cinderella" by Britney Spears.
Go to 3:06 and listen to the instruments, mainly drums, how well they play, and the bass is great when the volume is at 50-60%.
Once you put the volume on 80%+, it muffles the treble and the drums in the song, and it becomes not so clear what's playing, it's very muffled.
Many songs exhibit this behavior when volume is above 60%, but with that song, it's very easy to reproduce it.

So there are 2 sound bugs.
1. Songs with some bass sounds like subwoofer lvl +10 through monospeakers. (Crackling of speakers)
2. Songs with normal bass, bass dissapears when hitting high volume, leaving you with no bass. So its all sound like Treble (so only high and midtones left

Easy solution, they have computers, equipments, educated people, diagnose devices... Put the speakers part/soundchip on stress test. Check with what frequenties the AI sound chip or speakers having trouble with it. Tweak it and its done. (But dont dissable that nice epic sound, because that makes the phone also special and the experience is wow when it works. Espesially on games.. the phone can produce sounds you almost dont believe it comes only from the front, sometimes it look like it comes from other places/directions)
If it is hardware, do free (under warranty) recall to fix it with right equipment. (Even car manufactures are obligated to call back when bad or faulty parts are installed, to let it fix for free in nearby garage)

I know when rog 2 had the android 11 update, allot of people had bad screaming/crackling sound with for example high tones like standard beep for alarm. And also the locked clock rate of processor was implentet in android 11 because they wanted to eliminate a faulty proces/problem that some people had. So they eliminated it in android 11.
Leaving you with the only chooises left: 1.go for android 10. No new android version, (with some people bugy process), but with no locked clock rates and no bad speaker experience for alarm etc etc..
2. Update to android 11.
New android version, locked clock rates, and crackling/screaming alarm sounds.

By the way, if they can't genetate it..
tell them im always open for the option that when they send me a new phone (so i dont have to wait for months) i will send mine, so they have 100% a device that will always trigger the bug, so they can make a bug fix and everyone is happy that with an update their phone got fixed.
If they can send for free phones to youtube channels and tech sites, then i think that they would also benefit with my deal.

I tested it on multiple ROg6 phones and all have the same behvaiour. I find it unlikely that they cant reproduce it.
