Suddenly full bass/crackling overpowered/ hitting volume up bass dissapears only left instruments

Frequency of Occurrence: 3th time
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Happening in advertising movie, using chrome browser
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

Saw a advertise movie in chrome webbrowser, bass was suddenly at full volume and cracking (sound setting on dynamic, maybe at 30% volume)
Lowering sound didn't help, changing sound profile to , dynamic, movie,game.. didn't help.
Hitting volume to the max, bass dissapeared completly, and had only full treble, hearing every instrument harder/ prioriteitsing.
Its like the soundchip is trying to detect when to give its nice bass sound, it will boost it up to 100% (even on low volume) and when raising the volume at max, the soundchip thinks to balance everything by lowering the bass, the bass is removed, and only full details of instruments,sounds etc goes in full detail on foreground

This bug is very annoying... We can't do a restart every day (or less...) to get both speakers working fine... It's very disturbing to hear mainly from the bottom speaker only. Do we have to wait 1 month for the next update to solve this?

Is there a process that we can restart instead of rebooting the phone?

I have to restart my phone several times a day to get it back to full functionality. It's frustrating...

Asus websupport says they are aware of the problems with audio and will be fixt with an update (no info about when or whitch update) strange, because in here they say they cant reproduce it...
They also said to keep an eye on this topic, so people keep it nice with detailed info. Storys and trashtalk will help us nothing

People that has problems with top speaker working half or bad after firmware .216 should make a new topic. This one is made for the problem with all speakers that cant handle special bass in songs and starts cracking like blowed up/broken speakers, or with normal bass with higher volume were the bass dissapears
Its totally different from this topic, as it started problems with top speaker problems after firmware .216
