Is the front speakers supposed to have different volumes? The top speaker is much lower. This happens all the time, in movies, games and music. The quality is good, it's only the volume. I've tried all the different settings in the audio settings and it's always the same problem. With headphones it's no issues at all. Thanks.

This is absolutely ridiculous Asus. It's been months with absolutely no fix, and the problem has only gotten worse for me. My advice to others here is to never buy a phone from this company again unless they address the issue. For the price of this phone, this kind of support is unacceptable and that's not up for debate.
