"System not responding" pop up

I was trying to skip an ad by swiping on the side and after the ad is gone, it popped up. I did swipe many times, so I was wondering if it's because of that. I tried to replicate it but I wasn't successful

Did this happen while using a specific app? In some cases, some pages have fake "System not responding" pop ups.

Yes, it happened in a specific app but I already update my system and everything is fine
