PULSE 3D PS5 NOT WORKING PROPERLY

I have a PS5 PULSE 3D WIRELESS HEADPHONE and use it on the rog phone 6 using an adapter cable to plug in the usb receptor on it. However, when playing games only the left side of the headphone transmits and receives audio. 

Does anyone know how to correct this with some kind of configuration inside the Rog Phone 6 or since it is a different brand headphone it will not work as intended no matter what I do?

Hi @KENPACHLZARAK 
From what I recall the Pulse adapter had a little switch on it to switch between different modes, PS5 or PC, does this issue happens with both modes?
And if so, have you tried it on another USB-C port?
