Hi, have you tried clearing the cache from Armoury Crate? You can do this by long pressing the Armoury Crate app and selecting App Info > Storage & cache > Clear cache

I have cleared the cache, but the problem is not solved.. the rh controller still fails to update.  before it was always successfully updated, but after another update came, the update failed and the rh controller appeared vff.ff.fe. now always failed update..

If that is the case then I recommend contacting your closest ASUS Service Center for further evaluation.
