Hotspot-Ping fluctuation/unstable

I tried playing online games on my pc using my rog phone 6 hotspot and the ping is very unstable making me lag. Other aspects of my hotspot like downloading and browsing are perfect, it's just the ping. This a phone issue because i used the same sim card in the same location using my other phone (Oneplus 7t pro) and also using my portable modem (zte brand), both devices gave me stable ping unlike my rog phone 6. Below i will attach comparison between my rog phone 6 hotspot and my oneplus 7t pro hotspot, using the same sim, same location and same pc connected to both phones. In the pictures below are graphs comparing both phones ping. Unlike my oneplus 7t pro, notice how rog phone 6 max ping spikes relative to the average ping, The videos below show how both devices perform in game, the ping is shown on the top right corner of screen.

For several years all TCP/IP stacks have been optimized for throughput to the detriment of ping and to save energy, on Android without root it is impossible to modify the stack, only energy management.
On the PC you can maybe improve the ping with the Rog6 but only Asus can really improve, I doubt it because the Rog5 has the same problem, incomprehensible because the Ping is more important than the speed on a gaming device.
PC, check if there are newer ethernet drivers and update them, then in network and sharing center, configure the card, disable everything related to energy, the name can be weird, like green ethernet .
disable "Interrupt moderation"
If you can't find it, post a screenshot of your ethernet card options.
It will be necessary to turn off the devices before re-connecting, the devices will lose the network during the configuration

Problem recurred, however, restarting my phone has solved it. So if you face the same issue restart your phone.
