Game genie crashed

So basically I am using rog 6D and suddenly my game genie not working I was playing the the launcher didn't work x mode didn't turn on and air trigger don't work so how do I fixed this

Hello, for this issue please clear the cache and storage of your Game Genie, you can do that by going to Settings > Advanced settings > Game Genie.

System will ask you for permissions again, but then everything should be fine.

I have the same phone ROG 6D, and I am experiencing the same problem. ASUS please fix this asap thank you
