Click animation issues

At maximum brightness (lower as well) and a dark theme, I get these glitches on the screen. Is this a factory defect? Are there ways to remove this? I even did a factory reset and lost a lot of important data, but that didn't help either. I'm in a panic

Here you can see it better. Changing Hz does not affect this. This is visible at any Hz. Disappears only by turning off the animation, but the phone without animations looks like ancient garbage
