Bootloop after new security update.

Hye Guys, after this new update my phone stuck in infinite bootloop, tried hard reset, try formatting nothing helps. it keep on booting until at one point it shutdown by itself, btw, this is the 3rd day on bootloop. please help

i think it is i dont remember because all my device will auto update overnight.

seems like i am not the only one facing this issue.  basically after system update, it stuck in infinite bootloop (logo screen only). got into format screen, but mine was worse. cannot factory reset, cannot wipe partition data.

if you send it to the asus service centre in lowyat plaza for inspection, they will most likely tell you it is a defective motherboard and will require motherboard replacement.

if your rog phone is within warranty, it is fine. but if it is out of warranty, it will be around rm2700++ as replacement cost...

for such a premium phone, i cannot believe just how fragile this phone is...furthermore i bought it at around rm3800++ back to 2022.

thanks man is there any way around it. i manage to go to factory mode but when i reboot it goes back to bootloop.

heya, as i myself is not that technically proficient enough to repair/reformat the phone by myself (not recommended, as any attempt to fix on your own will be seen as a "damage on purpose" by ASUS), i strongly suggest you to send to asus service centre to let them have a look. really, there is not much choice other than pray hard.

while on my part, since my warranty is expired, my only choice was to sent it to repair specialist who offer motherboard level repair service.
