Wi-Fi not working, just won't turn on

Tried all the options, flashed, rolled back the firmware, formatted, nothing helped

The nearest service center is in another country, 900 km from me. What should I do?

If not even the rollback brought it back then the only option is the service center.
Either that or go commando and find a local repair shop and order the motherboard.
ROG Phone 5 seems to be the black sheep of the family.

Sadly, Nothing else will help you. Only solution is to replace the motherboard

is it worth changing the motherboard at all, maybe soon the same problems will arise with it

If the phone is under warranty, I suggest you to go for replace the motherboard. Incase the warranty is over, you may need to speak with Asus officials or send mails to them for a free replacement as what I did in my case.
And yes, the problems will arise again for sure. So once you get the phone back after repair, try to sold it and go for any other better options
