Static electricity or electricity issues

Sometimes when I'm using my ROG Phone 5, it's kind of electrocuting me and it's very annoying the small tingling I feel when holding this phone is it normal? How do I fix this?

There is a 0.01% chance that the rog 5 is the cause and 99.99% that it comes from you, material of the clothes, plastic shoe sole, carpet, air too dry .......). common problem and useful info to get rid of it is easily available on the .net

I also felt the same; low intensity electric shock when touching the phone while plugged in I guess.

I'm not sure though if it's real or not because the other guy seems to have no issue about it while I do experienced it.
