Performance downgraded

Cpu speed locked to 1.31(most of the time)-1.42

On A11 it was locked to 1.79 👍max

I'll reset my phone and check again. Its recommended to reset after major sw upgrade.

Performance is safeguarded to prevent the motherboard from dying again. You may try to manually tune everything from advanced hard-core tuning: it'll help
