My Asus Rog phone 5s speakers are not loud after a firmware update

Can you give us more information regarding the user case:

1. Does it only happen during calls

2. Does it happen when playing games or using a specific app? If so, please provide the name of the games or app. 

3. What firmware is your phone on?

It happens always low sound in alarm,calls, ringtone,watching videos and while playing games too.The sound is very low .I attached my firmware version
